I've been using a pretty nifty tool lately. I was introduced to it a few months back by a customer and have been very happy with it ever since. It is called Yugma and has been saving me much time. I work in the customer service part of my company and have been having much more efficient contact with my customers - actually being able to SEE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
The sales team immediately picked up on this service too and have been demoing our product through Yugma as well. Shortly after we started using Yugma, the partnered with Skype and not long after that, they came out with a web-viewer option. Because they are cross platform, we're able to use Yugma with any and everyone.
If you are searching for a web collaboration tool to do desktop sharing or a tool to preform remote support - Yugma is your key. And with their prices about 75% cheaper than the big guys, your accounting department may grant you a gold star for this great find!
