I've been using a pretty nifty tool lately. I was introduced to it a few months back by a customer and have been very happy with it ever since. It is called Yugma and has been saving me much time. I work in the customer service part of my company and have been having much more efficient contact with my customers - actually being able to SEE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
